The content and material on this Application is provided for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely information. 

Returns.If you decide this style wallet isn’t for you, we are happy to offer a 30 day refund policy on all our products, except custom orders. All custom orders are non refundable. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return if the product is unaltered. There will be a $10 restocking fee, this will cover the cost of the return label. The product will be inspected, and if the product remains unaltered, a full refund (less the original cost of shipping) will be granted. In the case of a manufacturer defect, 100% of the cost will be refunded, including the original shipping charge. Or we will happily replace the product, with no additional charge. All custom and personalized orders are final  and non-refundable.

To return your order: Contact our customer service group by email @ service@highcountrywallet.com.  A return shipping label will be provided for the customer to ship the returned product back to High Country Wallet Company.  Once the returned product is received, a refund will be processed back to the customer within 3-5 business days.
